Developing Effective Presentation Skills
This two-day session focuses on enhancing your current skills and developing newly acquired presentation skills. Participants will be given opportunities to practice skills.
Emotional Intelligence
The course examines the power emotions play in driving and sustaining personal change. Emotional intelligence, self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship awareness are the foundation of the session, followed by development of a self-directed learning process for achieving and sustaining emotional growth and development.

This session is designed to uncover the unique and enduring skills, knowledge and talents that are the foundation of top performance behaviors. You’ll create a personal profile of your abilities, explore how to level abilities through continued development, and how to best use your talents to add value to the organization.
Management Skills Series For Managers: Core Skills For Building Commitment
This workshop addresses leadership and management skills in a demanding work environment.
Negotiating With Others
This session focuses on: phases of negotiation, characteristics of negotiation and critical negotiating skills. Other topics covered include effective listening, influencing others and building constructive relationships.
Thinking Strategically
The session focuses on: organizational objectives and bottom line of the job, big picture thinking, creative problem solving, out-of-the box thinking, looking at thinking styles and generating new ideas.
Introduction To Mutual Fund Channel Distribution
Training will focus on retail, RIA and broker/dealer distribution channels.
Introduction To Retirement Programs
This course offers a bi-lateral approach to retirement programs. It includes basic training, an interactive courseware divided into 14 modules, as well as a one to two hour course consisting of eight modules on the IRA.
Marketing
Explore the basics of marketing including marketing strategy, branding, PR and creative services. You’ll learn by reviewing real-life examples here at Rydex, as well as examples from other well-known companies.
